- Do Not Forward Service

Do Not Forward is a service for Incentive Lettermail, mailed in Canada for delivery in Canada. Mail that cannot be delivered as addressed because the addressee has filed a Change Of Address Notification will be returned to the sender rather than being forwarded to the addressee.

The customer who requires this service:

• Must complete an agreement form with Canada Post.
• Should establish a deposit account with Canada Post with a prescribed minimum amount to cover postage and fees.
• Must print the approved "Do Not Forward" artwork on the Incentive Lettermail items for which the service will be provided.

The fee to return Incentive Lettermail to the sender is the appropriate rate of postage plus a per item fee.
