LettermailTM
- Features and Options

Features
  • Redirections
Your Lettermail Item is sent to the addressee's new address if there is a Change of Address Notification on file.
  • Return to Sender
All undeliverable Items of Lettermail are returned to the Customer at no charge, when the Item is addressed to an address that does not have a Change of Address Notification in effect and provided there is a Canadian return address on the outside of the Item.

If there is no return address on the outside or inside of the Item, it will be sent to Canada Post's National Undeliverable Mail Office (NUMO) where it will be opened to look for the sender's return address. If a return address is found, the Lettermail Item will be returned to the sender for a fee.
