Frequently Asked Questions

What is Delivery Confirmation?

Delivery Confirmation is a service that provides confirmation that your item arrived at its destination. When you call our toll free number or visit our website and enter the item number from your receipt, the system will provide you with the delivery status of your item.

How much does it cost?

Rates vary depending on the weight, origin and destination of your shipment. Please contact your local Canada Post Sales Representative for details.

How can I get it?

Contact your Canada Post Sales Representative or the EST Helpdesk (call 1-866-511-0546) to sign up for an EST account. Customers will then be directed to call the toll free PBB phone number to set up an account with PBB and to complete the start-up documentation.

* Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and possessions, U.S. Army Post Offices (APO), and military installations.
