There are two ways to obtain a Canada Post Commercial Customer number.

Volume based Commercial Agreement

To qualify for a volume based commercial agreement for domestic parcels you will need to ship a minimum of 750 parcel shipments per year.

As a Commercial customer with a volume based contract this enables you to use any of the applications within our On-line Business Centre.

Our VentureOne program is a loyalty program designed for our small business customers. For more information regarding our VentureOne program and instructions on how to become a member please click here.

One of the many benefits of the VentureOne program is that it provides you with a Canada Post customer number. This will allow you to access our Order Products & Supplies online store within the Online Business Centre.

NOTE: VentureOne members currently do not have access to Manage My Accounts.
