Templates

The On-line version can store up to 30 templates associated with a User ID. Customers are given the ability to save data entered for re-use when creating Statement of Mailings (SOM).

The Desktop version has no limitations to the number of templates that can be stored in a local database. This function is triggered when customers select the "Save as Template" option from the file menu on the SOM data entry window. The templates contain the information entered in a Statement of Mailing (SOM). Customers are able to give each template a unique name for quick retrieval.
