An Address Book contains customer information such as shipping addresses, e-mail, phone numbers and more.
- Reports
Electronic Shipping Tools (EST) can produce and print a variety of standard financial, statistical and operational reports.
- Delivery Confirmation
When customers use Electronic Shipping Tools (EST), they can confirm the delivery of their items. Just enter the search criteria in the Track a Package window. Track a Package will confirm delivery of a single item, or a group of items associated with a particular manifest.
- Rate Shop/Calculate
The Rate Shop/Calculate functionality is a handy tool to calculate the cost of sending specific items to different destinations with different service types.
- Group Shipping List
A Distribution List is a convenient way of creating a similar shipment to more than one customer.
- Order Entry
Through other software applications, Electronic Shipping Tools (EST) will let customers import Order Entry information into the Electronic Shipping Tools database to simplify their shipment production.
- Electronic Manifest
Every shipping order must be associated with a shipping manifest. (Desktop version Only)
- Order History Export
Electronic Shipping Tools (EST) can export transactional shipping information for a specified date range for use in other applications such as Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access.
- Credit Card Payment
Electronic Shipping Tools (EST) allows customers the option of selecting Credit Card as a method of payment. (When applicable)
- E-mail Notification
Electronic Shipping Tools (EST) offers customers an E-Mail notification messages that can be sent to the sender, recipient and more.
Communications Services
- Partial Mailing
This functionality is applicable for Addressed Admail™, Publications Mail™, Catalogue Mail™ and Unaddressed Admail™.
- Downstream Entry
This functionality is only available for customers using the Desktop version of Addressed Admail™, Publications Mail™ and Catalogue Mail™.
- Unaddressed Admail
This functionality captures the Unaddressed Admail information required to produce Unaddressed Admail Delivery Slip (ADS) forms, Distribution Plan (when applicable), Summary Mailing Plan, Packing Slips and Labels.
- Reports
Electronic Shipping Tools (EST) can produce and print a variety of standard financial, statistical and operational reports.
- Householder Counts
When customers use the Electronic Shipping Tools (EST) they can perform on-line queries of the Householder count data.
- Templates
Electronic Shipping Tools (EST) provides the mechanism to store the information entered by the customers for a shipment or mailing.
