Unaddressed Admail Delivery Slip (ADS)
The Unaddressed Admail Delivery Slip (ADS) functionality allows customers to capture the information required to produce the Unaddressed Admail Delivery Slips (ADS), Distribution Plan and Labels.
The steps are well illustrated in the "How Do I's" as well as in the User Guides.
Printing of the documents:
- The Admail Delivery Slip (ADS) forms are printed on 8½ X 11 inch paper stock that may be perforated horizontally in the middle in portrait layout. Alternatively these may be printed on plain paper and cut to size.
- ADS forms are printed with a laser printer.
- Unaddressed Admail Distribution Plans are printed with a laser printer (When applicable)
- Container labels are printed on 8½ X 11 inch custom pre-printed paper stock that contains six (6) peel-off labels (#33-086-691). These custom labels are provided at our Canada Post Shipping & Delivery Services @1-888-550-6333. For thermal printers, the complete label is printed on 2.25 X 4 inch white thermal label stock.
The purpose of the documents is to capture the Delivery Installation Details and Statement of Mailing (SOM) data entered in the application. The Electronic Shipping Tools (EST) produces three (3) copies of the Statement of Mailing (SOM) clearly identifying:
- Accepting location copy
- CPC copy
- Customer copy
The proper documents must accompany the mailings to the deposit location
When customers select Unaddressed Admail, - SOM only or Fully Featured - either a SOM, a Distribution Plan (when applicable), Admail Delivery Slip (ADS) forms and Labels are printed based on the selection.
