If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or replacement up to 30 days after your purchase date. We will reimburse you the full purchase price of your order, minus shipping and handling fees.
You must mail back items that you wish to return at your own expense. Items will not be accepted for return at Post Offices.
Step 1:
Call 1-877-634-7597 to obtain a return authorization number.
Step 2:
Clearly mark the return authorization number on the original packing slip.
Step 3:

In order to be accepted, returns must meet the following conditions:
Customer refund requests for returning products with a value of up to $1,000 (including taxes) may be handled at a post office. Customers must have an original receipt issued by a post office when returning an item. If the product was purchased at a discount, the refund equals the discounted amount. If the product is not sold at a postal outlet, then a refund may not be available.
Customers who have purchased products through either the National Philatelic Centre or online at the Stamps and Gifts Online Store should call 1-800-565-4362 for all returns and refunds.
You can validate a Canada Post Money Order by calling toll free 1-800-563-0444 during regular business hours.
For enquiries regarding a lost or destroyed Money Order, the Customer must provide Canada Post with the serial number which appears on the copy of the Money Order. The Customer must also complete an Enquiry and Application for a Duplicate Money Order form (41-015-160), which is available at any post office.
Enquiry and Application for a Duplicate Money Order forms may be submitted to Money Order Services at any time. However, duplicates will only be issued, free of charge, 50 days from the date of issue of a domestic Money Order, and 90 days from the date of issue of an international Money Order.

Your image must be in jpeg format (.jpg, jpeg) and the file must be smaller that 7MB. Make sure you have the right to make copies of the photograph you are submitting. You will be solely responsible for copyright infringements. If the photograph has someone other than yourself in it, you must receive permission from all such persons before you submit the photograph. You may not make copies of the stamp. Copyright of the stamp will belong solely to Canada Post Corporation.
