To manage volatility in fuel prices, starting on September 1, 2008, a differentiated fuel surcharge will apply to Parcel shipments, based on the service selected: either Express* or Non-Express**. A higher fuel surcharge rate will apply to Express services, such as Priority Courier and Xpresspost (Domestic, USA and International) compared to our Non-Express services, such as Regular Parcel and Expedited Parcel (Domestic and USA).

| Express* | 9.5% |
| Non-Express** | 4.5% |
