A. We may be experts in the delivery and communications field, but you’re the expert in running your business.  That’s why we’ve created customer panels to help us think through any proposed changes from a customer’s perspective.  

In addition to the customer panels, regular meetings with customers and business partners are being held. We’ve also invited a cross section of executives from various industries to participate on our Board of Advisors. These “business partners” share their experience with us to ensure the customer perspective is being considered.

Q. How are customers selected for customer panels and why?  
A. We’ve selected various groups to ensure a good representation of our customers. These panels provide a range of customer perspectives to help assess and confirm new and proposed changes.
