Kathy Haley is Vice-President, Marketing.
Kathy is viewed as an executive thought leader in the areas of “Customer Experience Transformation” and “Strategic Brand Management”. She has in-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of major corporate change initiatives and building memorable experiences that create lasting customer loyalty and bottom-line success.
Kathy has worked with many blue chip organizations including Imperial Oil Ltd, CIBC, RBC Financial Group and Allianz Group world-wide. Most recently, she was Senior Vice-President and Global Leader for Allianz Group, headquartered in Germany. There she had global responsibility for creating a customer-focused organization for all businesses in 72 countries world-wide. Prior to joining Allianz, Kathy was Vice-President, Customer Experience for RBC Royal Bank where she successfully created major change programs to transform customer and employee experiences across all businesses and channels. Kathy also held a number of senior positions at Imperial Oil Ltd. She has a strong operations and sales background, having successfully led the Mid-Western and Atlantic Regions in Canada. In addition, she led the Corporate Planning Group, responsible for the strategic direction of the national Esso retail network, as well as the Advertising, Marketing, Sponsorship and Consumer Research functions.
Kathy holds a Masters in Business Administration from Dalhousie University with a focus on Strategic Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Organizational Change Initiatives. She is married and has three sons, Liam, Mack and Andrew.
