Jacques Côté
Jacques Côté is Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Côté joined Canada Post in 1993 as Corporate Manager, Operations Support and Finance. He then moved to Corporate Manager, Retail Finance and, in 1999, Vice-President, Operations Finance. In 2004, Jacques became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and in January 2005, Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining Canada Post, he held progressively responsible and diverse financial positions at Northern Telecom including: Finance Manager, Transmission Network Division; Plant Controller, Meridian System; Plant Controller, Communication System Division; Director, Group Finance, Telecom Cable and Cable Group.
Mr. Côté obtained his B. Comm. from Ottawa University in 1980 and his MBA from Laval University in 1982.
He is married, with five children.
