As Senior Vice-President, Postal Transformation, Cal Hart is leading a dynamic team responsible for modernizing the postal network end to end. This program of renewal involves designing and implementing significant enhancements to our processes, facilities and equipment to provide our employees with a safer, more efficient work environment and our customers with the best and most effective postal system, offering new and relevant services.
These changes are all-encompassing, from how customers deposit their mail to how it gets processed and delivered by Canada Post, and will be integrated and enabled by technology and network design.
Cal has 34 years’ experience in numerous roles and functions involving reengineering processes and successfully delivering change at Canada Post.
