Literacy - the ability to read and comprehend the written word - is an issue that directly impacts every Canadian regardless of gender, age or wealth. Canada Post has been a strong supporter of literacy initiatives across Canada for many years and has recently reaffirmed its commitment to this important cause through sponsorships of the CanWest CanSpell National Spelling Bee and La Dictée P.G.L.
